  1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Clearance or final sale products

 

  1. How to Start a Return

Email : returns@netstore.ie with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

 

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

 

  1. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we will arrange it subject to stock availability.

 

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was delivered.
